Mine is also gone. this means that !! this means that!

Mine is still there!! Does that mean that I got rejected?? ahhhhh

@greengecko No, no, no, definitely not. This is definitely not anything to draw conclusions from. Could be a glitch, could mean they were in our accounts because they got to our applications for review, could be because Tommy Trojan is on the loose hacking computers. Don’t worry!

@greengecko Hahahaha calm down, you have not been rejected. I believe they just changed the status to say that they are now reviewing transfer apps. That is all, nothing more, nothing less.

Good luck to you, as well as everyone else! It’s crunch time!

I just saw their twitter and it talks about this year freshman data. 51700 applicants and only 17.8% are admitted. I guess that it is the lowest admitted rate they ever have.

Sooo…I think it was a glitch. Mine was gone. I started to think about everything that they could’ve rejected me for. I began my essays to apply again next year LOL.

Then my mom was like “check again”. I did and it reappeared.

I just logged in and nothing changed.

And @scahopeful, I found your anecdote very humorous, haha.

@kb242014 It’s tough to say, for anyone who asks this question really. It definitely would help if you had strong essays and extracurriculars, but even if you do, it’s really tough to say what USC will decide. I definitely think there’s hope for you, and although I believe their average transfer GPA is 3.6 or 3.7, there’s obviously students who have lower than that. So you do have hope! Just work on finishing this semester steroid strong, and don’t think about this too much just yet. We’re almost there, though!

Hello everyone! I’ve been following this thread religiously since December and finally decided to get in on the fun
I think it’s great that you guys act as a support system for one another. I applied for the upcoming 2014 school year and am beyond excited to see what my future holds as I’m guessing many of you are as well…as of right now it’s a waiting game and all we can do is keep moving forward!

Hello and welcome @FightingTitan! Which school are you applying to? Are you from CA?

Thanks! Yes, I actually go to CSUF hence, ‘fighting titan’ haha
I actually was on the Trojan Transfer Plan to transfer my freshman year, but decided to wait an extra…hopefully that doesn’t bite me in the butt. I applied to Dornsife and cannot wait to hear from them! How 'bout yourself?

Anybody on here apply to any UC’s? UCLA is my 2nd choice school and their SIR is due June 1st, and USC decisions are supposed to come out on the 1st and could even come out after the 1st (especially if they request additional info). Do you guys think USC will stick with June 1st or push it back?

Oh cool, good luck on Dornsife!

I’m applying to SCA/Marshall. Resident Hoosier here :)>-

I took the ACT recently and got a 29.
I know it’s not required, but do you think submitting my ACT score would help or hurt me?
I have only gotten 1 B, the rest is A’s.

@finefreshfierce it depends on how many credit hours you have. If you have >/= 30 credit hours then they probably won’t look at it anyway

@nickkwooddd USC decisions do not, DO NOT, come out on the 1st of June. That is the absolute latest date you will hear from them, they start sending decisions in late April. They continue through May and some people do not hear until June, but it is unlikely that you will have to wait that long. If so, send in a SIR for your UC choice and then withdraw it if you get into USC and decide to attend. You probably won’t have to wait until June so don’t sweat it!

@hepburn95 thats good to know that the 1st is pretty much the latest date, I was just reading and they said they would try and have them all done by the 1st, and if they ask for more info it could be even later.

I have a ‘‘withdraw my application’’ box on my USConnect

Any of you guys know about that USCconnect glitch ?

@RoysGoin2College does everyone have it when they begin being reviewed? I have that too but my application status does not say under review yet. Someone should contact them about it.

Also @nickkwooddd I think the very latest is mid-July simply because that’s what it says on USC Connect. But that’s really only for SGR’s. However, it is highly unlikely that you’ll find out that late.
