@usc4mepls oh wow. Dont worry we still have some time til June 1st. My major is Bio sci, I dont remember what did I put for my second one. I go to Ventura College and Oxnard College. How’s about you?
@jamiethuy yeah we have time! I’m just getting super anxious. I really hope I get in I really had no Indication whatsoever if I have a chance or not:( I go to Santa Barbara city college!!

@cs2015 Oh wow, I just went back and read what the email said. I guess it is a sign of acceptance then I only ever remember getting emails telling me to make sure I completed my financial aid to be considered for aid. So the email you got was definitely different than anything I’ve received.
@usc4mepls oh yea we are really close. But since you got SGR do you have to wait til Mid July to get the final answer?

@jamiethuy it says it could be as late as mid-July but I don’t think it’ll be that long at all. I mean I got my SGR fairly early and since I held up my end of the transfer plan I guess they just gotta give me the yes or no. I don’t think you’ll be waiting much longer ! How exciting
@usc4mepls but what is the TTP though? How did you get it? I heard many people talking about it? Is it because your sister went there for school?
Does the mail arrive before the portal is updated? I live in the LA area if that helps
@jamiethuy TTP is Trojan transfer plan and basically when I got rejected I got offered a counselor to communicate with in the summer on what plan will best get me into USC and the courses I need an gpa to get in. He advised me to go to ccc so I did. Usually TTP recipients get offered the plan because they are Trojan family or their grades were excellent but USC didn’t have enough room to grant them admission. I had pretty good grades and did ALOT of extracurriculars in high school with a lot f leadership positions and like 12 AP classes so it could be because I was Trojan family but I also was a good high school student. I worked even harder in college to get in though so hopefully it benefits me
To those who got a SGR, how long did it take for you.usc to update after sending in your official transcripts? It’s been almost two weeks for me and the portal hasn’t updated so I’m not sure if I should be concerned or not. Also, I received a letter from USC reminding me to send in my spring grades yesterday. Does this mean that I should re-send my transcript? Or is this a good sign, since they have now told me to send my spring grades on two separate occasions?
Junior transfer applicant here. Just got accepted to USC for Civil Engineering (Structural). I got a package in the mail but my portal isn’t updated yet.

@marinersfan13 I just literally uploaded my grades on Sunday and sent USC an emai asking if my portal was up to date and they told me they received my grades and updated the portal this morning. I would shoot them an email they’ll get right on it!
@usc4mepls oh I see. Yeah you are an excellent student. Hope they will tell you anwser soon. Just checked my mailbox, no yellow package today. 
I couldnt wait any longer. Sigh
Nothing in my mail… that financial aid email people have been getting is making me think I got rejected…
@jamiethuy it’s okay have faith! Don’t assume the worst either! You literally just never know! The package will come!!
