How long after they receive your spring grades do you think they will make a decision?
They requested mine April 28, they received them yesterday

Hello, I’ve been accepted to Dornsife as a sophomore and really want to live in USC housing. I completed the housing application, and I am wondering if pulling in roommates would increase the chances of getting a housing assignment? If any other females are interested I could let you know what I put down as my housing preferences and we could work something out! Any housing tips would be greatly appreciated

just called the admissions office and found out that if you submitted your spring grades (for SGRed people) before the june 1st deadline, you will get an answer by this weekend. the mid-july deadline is for those (typically UC students) who cannot submit their spring grades until june. my admission counselor just updated my file with new ECs early this week so i guess they’re still currently making decisions…?
@drupe1992 I am also a Roski applicant! I feel like we’ve been waiting FOREVER. I do not live at home anymore, so I relying on my mom to get that golden ticket from the mail today hopefully.

I am also concerned about the MFA mess, but a friend in the undergraduate program said it probably wont affect them much. Still… Maybe I will go to UCLA after all.
@tak9usc I can confirm this. Friend of mine got the same answer, except he was told he could hear as early as next week.
I was told that since it is SGR, there might be a slight chance that we might have to wait till mid July. It depends on the students case and the major I think
@tak9usc You serious? So if I submitted my grades on the May 23, and they received them, then that means ill hear back by June 1st? If so thats great!!
@jucery13 that’s what the guy i talked to told me. i submitted mine a little before you did, so i don’t know if he meant it specifically in my case. but he did specifically say that the mid-july deadline is for the pool of applicants who cannot submit it before june 1st. so hopefully those who submitted it before june 1st will all hear back by this weekend!
Do you think they would still ask for spring grades this late or it’s just Acceptance/Rejection at this point?
