guys i got ACCEPTED !! wohooo it was dated may 30th
I had SGR before but i will share my stat with you guys i am a sophomore coming from penn state.
I had 41 credits including 12 from ib
14 first semester
15 the next
my gpa is 4.0 cumulative /4.0
I have applied to 4 other schools UMAA, emory UVA rejected from all
my sats are follows
2020 overall
670 writing
630 critical reading
720 math
my ib scores were
6 for korean
6 for econ
6 for english (all hl)

5 for math all sl
4 for chem
6 for geo

My restrictions finally updated from 1/18/15 to 6/4/15…I’m so scared :stuck_out_tongue:

I called yesterday to bug the admissions office and my counselor - yikes. I guess I’ll know by tomorrow since I do have oasis access.

@collegebeans it’s gone as well. Looking at previous threads though, the ability to benefit is usually followed by acceptance! Previous years also said the form disappears by itself as financial aid calls the admissions office for verification.

@cs2015 and everyone else who received financial aid, did they send you an e-mail to let you know about your award? Or did you just see it on the portal.

@collegebeans they sent me an email notifying me that my financial aid summary was recently updated. I had to check the portal to see the actual award though.

So to anyone wondering when the you.usc.edu updates. It is 3 days after the date on your letter, if your letter is dated on June 2nd then it would be updated on June 5th online. Thats what admissions said when I called them, Im so eager to commit.

Has anyone who was received their acceptance on the 27th or later, received their financial aid packages? I’m still waiting on mine and I haven’t been asked for any documents.

Hey does anyone know if anyone has been rejected thus far after submitting their SGRs? Or the people who have been denied all never received SGRs? I emailed my counselor and he said they received all my grades/documents to make a final decision and I will be receiving it soon. So I’m extremely anxious and was just trying to get some insight as to what my final decision might be!

Has anyone got their Financial Aid yet? I was admitted on 28th May, but I still haven’t seen any updated on my FA, can anyone tell me why? for those who got their FA, how long did you get the notification?

@Shortstop3 Oh ok I got that form in already, and I think I already filled the bank one out too. Do you have a check mark by the ‘Satisfactory Academic Progress’ for financial aid too?

Accepted transfers, does your financial aid eligibility check have a green check mark by ‘Satisfactory Academic Progress?’ And did you have that before being accepted or after? I’m trying to gather info on whether this indicates a decision or not…
