I just realized that my guidance counselor filled in his reccomendation online and submitted it but did not send the transcipt or mid-year report online, he sent them by paper.
Will the colleges still get the form that he submitted online or does he need to send that by mail also? I am worried since it is marked incomplete and we are about to go on winter break.

What he submitted online should be seen and viewed by the college along with your application (watch for the word “downloaded” in place of “submitted”). Part online and part offline isn’t that big a deal, although commonapp.org will tell you forever that your school forms are incomplete.

However, most colleges will take at least a week or two to receive and process the school forms that were sent by mail, and of course they’re swamped right now with deadline-skimming applications. I’d give them until after the break, then call the Admissions Office if you want to make sure they’ve received everything…

Thank you so much!
