Hockey parents, either gender, are the worst–sorry hockey people.

As a hockey mom, with players of both genders, I respond that there are crazy, out-of-control parents in every sport. Generalizations are never a good idea.

I agree runnersmom, with one little adjustment…there are crazy out-of-control parents in EVERYTHING not just sports.

“Generalizations are never a good idea.”

I’ve seen some bad stuff at club soccer games before, but nothing which would get anyone arrested.

Let’s not forget there are terrible [insert sport/activity] moms as well.

The Texas cheerleading mom is one of my favorite parents-gone-wrong stories.
