Ohio State admissions?

I just had a question regarding ACT scores used for admissions. I took the ACT twice, once in February of 2013 along with the writing component, and then again in April of 2013 without the writing component (for Illinois state testing). I ended up raising my composite ACT score by four points with the ACT test in April.

I know the writing component is required for admissions purposes, but when they consider the highest composite score, would they be able to consider the score I had gotten without the writing component yet still look at the writing component of the other test?

If so, I checked my application status and it only listed the February ACT test results, even though I had sent both the February (with writing) and April (without writing) results via the ACT testing center. Was this a mistake that my April results didn’t show up, or do they only take ACT scores with the writing component?
