This is actually pissing me off…wtf are they doing
fuck this
Has it ever been like this before? Our first time with a deferred situation.
Perhaps this is a cruel April fools joke.
@se1997 What happened to “Purdue it is”
@BigBang231 - …nothing? Of course I want to know my decision…what’s wrong with that.
Agreed @se1997 we also are anxious to know their decision, even if we have decided on something else. It is just the point after all this time.
Does anyone know what the chances of making it in are after being deferred? I don’t think I can wait any longer to book a flight. I’m definitely going to Pitt next week but need to tac on an extra day at least to drive down and see OSU.
what were the stats of wait listed kids?
100% of students that accepted the wait list offer were offered admission . The stats were something like 239/239 @katiemuto
@Buckeye0916 i meant like their act and gpa stats
That was from 2 years ago, last year 0 were accepted…
@collegekid124124 - Accepted* and these numbers change every year so we can’t assume they’ll take no one this year.
Did anyone that was deferred get admitted? Seems like they only sent out the people that got wait-listed, I don’t know if that’s good or bad for the rest of us.
What the heck is going on…I don’t even understand right now. What is the difference between wait listed and deferred and is it a bad thing if you are still in the deferred group. Someone please help me out.
And how are we still waiting…I have less than a month now to visit and my parents are getting a bad idea about this school. Looks like I’m going to Iowa!!
Mine still shows evaluation.
Who is going to accept a spot on wait list? And who isn’t? Reasons why or not to?
I’ve been accepted.
I applied early action and was deferred in January. Today my online application status changed from deferred to admitted around 6:00 p.m. Happy that I am now officially accepted but hate how long they have had us all wait. Good luck to everyone else!
