Yes, 3pm they started with deferred and rejection and acceptance 6pm-10pm. My son is working so I have not checked with him. He is so chill about it and i am more nervous

OSU is in eastern time, and the time zone of the college is what is used throughout the entire college admissions process.

No. It means you will hear back in Janurary, which is the second EA decison release.
