Excited, nervous and ready for it to be done lol! My daughter didnā€™t hear till late in the evening on the Jan date last year ā€” the wait from Dec to Jan took forever! Good luck to everyone :slight_smile:

I still donā€™t get the randomness of the two EA dates. Logically I would assume the higher stats kids go earlier but that doesnā€™t seem to be the case. Good luck to all who applied.

Received an email this morning that a buckeye email account has been created for me. Does that mean acceptance?

who needs a buckeye email account if you didnā€™t get in, right?

yes, email says it means nothing regarding a specific decision of admission and that if you donā€™t get in the account then goes poof - but why go through all of that for nothing? bizzare

My son told me he got something with a new Ohio State account. It was as he walked out the door. He is more anxious than I would have thought. I guess half of us find out this afternoon sometime.

I thought you had to set up an account after you applied. Iā€™m curious why they would indicate you have a new account :thinking:

My son also got an email a little while ago that a Buckeyemail account had been set up for him but it also said that having a BuckeyeMail account does not constitute a final acceptance. A bit weird. Iā€™m hoping.

We checked portal just now and it ask for duo mobile 2 factor log in. Does this mean we were accepted? Did other get this? We were never asked to register for duo mobile until now.

We got the same, but we had to sign up for Duo several weeks ago. My daughter got the email that OSU email was created for her. Would be really silly to create an email account for people that are not getting acceptances (and a little mean to lead us on like thatā€¦LOL).
