any insight on being deferred and the time frame?
No idea. Just got rejected by UNC not even a waitlist (since they do not call it defer). They are all different I guess.
My daughter didn’t receive an email but when we clicked on the Under Review link, it said she was deferred and a decision would come in early March. She’s already committed to her #1 school but just fyi for anyone wondering on deferral timelines. Having both osu emails seems to definitely be a “tell”. Good luck to all!

sorry to hear but glad she is already committed to her # 1, just one question what emails you had and on what portals? did u have @osu.edu or @buckeyemail.osu.edu. worried mom here

still says : Your application is currently in review. In the meantime, please scroll down to check for incomplete application To Do Items, and submit required documentation at go.osu.edu/uploader.
