Ohio U - admitting Northeastern girls? sororities?

<p>Can somebody give me a sense of the stats that Ohio U (Athens – not Ohio State) would expect for an out-of-state, full pay, Northeastern female? I have seen the school’s aggregate stats, of course, but I’m not sure if the bar is relatively higher or lower for an out-of-stater as described. Our HS has had so few kids apply there, there is no meaningful data from here. Also, can you give me any sense of where sororities figure into the social life there – a necessity, a driving force, a flea on the back of an elephant, service-oriented, party-oriented, etc?</p>

Expect to pay around 35 thousand a year. Sororities aren’t a necessity to campus or a driving force, mosty party
orientated.
