-UPenn (ED)–slight reach
-Stanford–reach
-UCLA–match (your UC GPA is 4.208)
-UCB–match
-UCSD–safe match
-Johns Hopkins–match
-Brown–match to slight reach
-Yale–reach
-Tufts–match to slight reach
-Emory–match
-Northwestern–slight reach
-Rice–match
-Boston College–match
-Carnegie Mellon–safe match
-Dartmouth–reach
-Cornell–match to slight reach
-Washu–match to slight reach

The SAT verbal and some of your low AP scores are the problem. With a 740 SAT I verbal score, you might be able to get into every one of these schools except Yale and Dartmouth.

Why would she be able to get into Stanford and not Dartmouth?..

Interesting logic…

Great rank, great GPA, decent/solid ECs, good test scores (I’m sure you can raise it though). AP scores really don’t matter at all in admissions, lucky for you =]

icanread… are you sure? …
cuz I have a lot of friends with similar SAT scores and ec. all of them got into berkeley and ucla. :/
If UCSD is really my only math…i’m depressed. T_T
