<p>I just came across a post from a year or two ago . . .</p>

<p>It sounds like receiving a larger scholarship (like the Trustee’s, which is now $26,800) may affect our candidacy for THIS scholarship, but that we’ll receive the higher award if it’s really only possible to receive one.</p>

<p>And the same thought about its renewability has crossed my mind as well. </p>

<p>There aren’t that many answers out there, but there’s really nothing to lose by going for it! =]</p>
