Olc card?

another textbook question to add to the forum haha (:

When a required textbooks lists “w/ or w/o Olc card,” how helpful is that card? It makes the book about $10 more expensive… is it worth the extra money? What does it do exactly?

more specifically, my textbook is “Yookoso ! Invitation To Contemporary Japanese W/ Or W/o Olc Card, 3 Edition” for JAPN 10A :D

Best bet is to email your professor

I just asked about this, and heres what the prof said

you don’t need an OLC card any more in order to go to the OLC (http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/0072408154/student_view0/index.html</a> or http://■■■■■■■.com/2jp4eb</a>) at the publishing company’s website as you used to need one. Thank you for asking me about it and I have just asked the bookstore to pull out the textbooks with OLC card if they are more expensive than those without OLC card.

thanks for your answers! I’ll be emailing my professor just in case then (:

edit: professor f ukushima doesn’t seem to have an email listed .__. hmm I’ll just take the risk with the cheaper option haha, also thank you KendiKong for giving me the link!
