Old dorms, heat... Gaming... Must!

My half brother and I will be rooming together next year in whitley hall at Texas a&m University -commerce. Whitley is your basic run of the mill dorm with 2 beds 2 desks and 2 closets with a bathroom shared with the next room over. The rooms are rather small and the building is old it uses some water pipe method to cool and heat the building. I’m not really sure on how all that works. Anyway my brother and I are pc gaming enthusiasts and our rigs put off quite a bit of heat. We cannot open windows since we are on the 7th floor. And during the summer its going to be hot! And my pc alone puts off 70 to 80 degrees Celsius and he has 2 gfx cards which do the same. My question is what are some things we can do to help cool the room while we are gaming?
