older girl wit young guy

What u guys think about a girl talkng to a guy younger than them

How much younger?

about a girl “talking” to a younger guy? i think it’s fine to talk to a guy younger than you :)

and if you meant hooking up…i think it’s fine as long as the guy could pass for her age

like 2 yrs

if they’re in high school then it’s a bit weird. not recommended.

but if he’s 17 or older it’s fine

There were a lot of kids in my high school who dated younger guys. shrug
But it’s true, it gets less weird as you get older.

college girl with a high school guy is just sketchy.

why is it sketchy lol

do you think a college guy with a high school girl is sketchy? if yes, then magnify it by 10. If no, then imagine people who think a college guy with a high school girl is sketchy, then magnify it by 10.

I actually think a college guy with a high school girl is sketchier than vice versa. Because in that case, you can at least hypothesize that the guy is probably just taking advantage of her. If it’s it the other way around, it doesn’t come off so much sketchy as it does unconventional. I’d just be surprised to see it happen, but not terribly creeped out.

Yeah, it’s a lot sketchier when the older one is the guy.

what about when the older guy gets attached to the younger girl. but the younger girl is really a ***** and then throws him out for an actual younger guy. then she expects you to be best friends with her, but you tell her she’s a ***** and she should learn how the real world works - and that you can’t be best friends with someone who you lied to and then dumped.

is it sketchy then?

no it’s just a case of sexism, (this is not in response to jags) apparently older girls cannot take advantage of younger guys (or if they are, the guy should quit complaining right?), but older guys are almost certainly taking advantage of younger girls.

Your comment confuses me jags. Is the younger girl ending up with a girl her own age or even younger?
It’s not sketchy either way though.

my comment was just based on frustration haha - it really didn’t have anything to do with the original post - besides the fact that it dealt with an older guy/younger girl relationship.

the younger girl is ending up with a dude even younger than she is. don’t ask me.

“Is the younger girl ending up with a girl her own age or even younger”

^That hit me weird, hahaha.
2 years isnt that bad…being a guy…older women are awesome, haha.

yeah i think an older guy/younger girl is not always for good reasons, but could a younger guy fall for a older girl?

yeah, i’ve seen it, i think it’s less visible than vice versa.

ummm…i always date girls who are older then me. i’ve never had a girlfriend that was within six months of me…in fact, my first girlfriend was three years older then me, and that was in high school. i just find them vastly more attractive. i dont think there’s anything wrong with it at all-in fact, i think it works hella better then an older guy with a girl, where the guy is obviously trying to take advantage of the girl.

Oh, the stereotypes.

Regardless of the gender of the older person, I’ve often heard the “half plus seven” rule cited as a good guideline (though I have a few friends in very happy relationships that don’t follow it). For those not familiar with “half plus seven”, it’s pretty much what it sounds like - if you’re, say, 24, then half your age plus seven years is 19, so according to the rule you’d want the other person to be at least 19.
