<p>Suppose, when you apply, will you list this type of achievement (i.e. Representing India at an international Olympiad, but not winning anything) as an international achievement or a national one? This might sound silly…but it is not quite. Most people would think that it is a national achievement as one did not win anything at the international level. But its much more than that…I mean even a person who gets a good rank in the IMO conducted by SOF would list his achievement as international (which actually is not)…</p>
