lol so after hearing i get accepted…i tell my friend who tells my classmate, then that classmate comes up to me and says “DOUBLE U TEE EFF how come you got in and i didn’t, you don’t do anything”

What do u guys say to things like that? They are clearly discrediting you and calling you dumb. Any good comebacks…?

All i said was “I don’t know?!? Why don’t you ask them?” in a sarcastic tone but i don’t think it had a good effect on them.

ROFL that happened to me today…some chick came up to me and said that…i got mad too…anyways she said the same thing ur friend said and then i’m like “Maybe UCLA doesn’t like jealous bit**es”

College admissions these days are a crapshoot, and this phenomenon is even starting to show up in the top publics, instead of just the ivies.

There is no need for a true comeback. What do you gain out of a comeback? You’re in at UCLA, he’s not. Do you lose anything for not coming up with a comeback?

In any case, I think it’s his attitude that shows why he didn’t get in. Those officers are very good at telling what type of person you really are based on just your essay.

“Because I had the magic pixy-faerie dust. That’s faerie with a “ae”. See, I sprinkled it all over my electronic application. Guess it added just the right sparkle!”

And then smile and walk away. I suppose this only works if you’re a girl, though. xD;

Well…i was in a conversation with her and her friends the other day…and they asked me where i got into college…
I said “UCLA” then her friends tried to congratulate me…but she quickly interrrupted them and was like “REALLY WOW NO WAY” and then im like “yup” and then she’s like “really?!?” and repeated that like 3 times…then im like
wow gg…
she hates me
