-Cofounded NSF science be, which raises scholarship money for impoverished kids in India.
-Varsity XC for four years. 5k PR: 15:59. Not sure if that time will help me with anything?
-Varsity tennis for two years. Quit to focus on running.
-Varsity track for two years.
-Went to India over sophomore winter break to help in my Aunt’s eye clinic. She gives free cataract surgeries to poor people
-Jazz band. Taught myself improvisational jazz piano over the past year or so. My friends and I formed a combo and we preform downtown every once in a while.</p>

<p>Grades don’t seem that strong and your SATs are on the low side. ECs sound exaggerated and are still relatively unimpressive.</p>

<p>HSP are close to out of reach, Dartmouth is a mid reach and the rest are low reaches.</p>

<p>Haha, I didn’t mean to exaggerate them. They’re all true, but hopefully my word choice didn’t chance the meaning? And sadly, no I am not native american, Indian from India.</p>

<p>I didn’t notice this before, but apply to be recruited. A 15:59 is a time that recruiters look for in top applicants. With that time you could even get into Harvard and Princeton (not Stanford though, there XC team is too good)</p>

<p>I tried to get recruited. I ran that 15:59 too late in the season.</p>

<p>I applied ED to dartmouth. I forgot to mention that, but I find that out in like 2 and a half weeks haha</p>
