“Has anyone ever had experience applying to a community college as a new student while excluding 2 semesters’ worth of grades from another school?I want to hear from people who have had experience with this issue, not an opinion. Obviously you’re supposed to include all academic information and of course, in this day and age it’s pretty easy for anyone to find information about anything, but the question is if colleges actually make the effort to search.The National Student Clearinghouse can only research students if they know their name AND the school at which they were previously enrolled. Without the school, they are unable to research the student. They cannot divulge any information or transcripts to schools either unless the student permits it.
