<p>I’m a junior right now and am in a hospital volunteer program.
The hospital doesn’t award hours until after you’ve completed the program, which means these hours won’t be on my transcript, I’m pretty sure it may show 0 hours, since my school doesn’t keep track of hours that are ineligible for the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship.
Can I still list my volunteer work on my college applications? Will I have to make a note as to why the hours aren’t on my transcript, or can they get in contact with those in charge of where I volunteer?

<p>You can include it in your college application. You don’t have to say why it’s not on your transcript. Most volunteer activities aren’t.</p>
