On pre-university program in Canada

<p>Hi,
I’m new here and I have a question about pre-university program in Ontario, Canada. Does anybody know CIC in Hamilton? They claim to have guaranteed university admissions for pre-university program students.</p>

<p>But the thing is I’m not sure if the guaranteed admission is real. So if anyone knows about that college or similar programs, help me please.</p>

Most people don’t know cic unless they live in toronto or hamilton. You should have mentioned that cic is columbia international college. Yes, they do offer ontario pre-university program for international students. I think local students don’t usually go there.</p>

And the message I got from the site is also quite convincing.
