On the matter of Calculus...

I’m taking Calculus AB next year (my school doesn’t offer BC as well as some other AP’s it should have…), and I’m wondering how much the difference will affect me in the long run?

^I’m not sure I quite understand your question…are you asking how much a difference in material is there between Calc AB and BC? I’d say the difference is substantial, but not terribly great since 60% of the material on the BC comes from the AB only test.

Not much. For many colleges, the only difference to them is which math class it places you into. Like for Vanderbilt, AB puts you into 155A/B, which is Accelerated Single-Variable Calc, while BC puts you into 175A/B, which is Multivariable Calc. And you can always forfeit credit if you don’t want to take a class that’s too upper-level.
