<p>I didn’t recieve one of these, so I would assume this is solely for your interviewer. On 2, I would assume it is the PSAT score your interviewer is looking for.</p>
<p>The local Schools Committees have their own forms. If there is a limited number of slots, put your highest scores. The National Merit test is the PSAT. Yes, you should make yourself look good, but don’t put down an extracurricular or award if it was not important enough to put on the application.
