^ i agree with ticklemepink. Keep up the good work!

Lookin’ good.
Maybe try and get in contact with the swimming coach?

thanks everybody! wow, i was expecting some harsh comments, especially here on CC lol.

ready4college, when should i get in contact w/ the swim coach? also, im not like, ranked in the state or anything…although i WOULD like to continue swimming in college.

I’m a senior this year and, from my experience, early senior year is your best bet, especially since you are applying ED.
Don’t worry about not being ranked—I was in the same position. I’m sure (99%) that the coach will atleast send a little note to the admissions office saying that you contacted him and showed interest.

I don’t know what a 29 ACT translates into, but I’m pretty sure that PSAT is the equivalent of an SAT over 1400, which (with everything else) should put you in solid shape.

Your 29 ACT = 1300/1950 SAT, so you’ll probably want to submit SAT scores instead, assuming that they are similar to your psat. Or, retake ACT and aim for a 32 which approximates a 1420.

Colgate does not consider Subject Test scores. At the info session, they said that they wouldn’t even look at them.
