<p>I have never been asked my grades, only know one person who was. I did have a boss who had a new grad bring in his trascript for the interview. Employers are required to verify you have a license. Graduating with any sort of honors is nice for the CV (resume). The shortage is so severe some places only require a pulse and license, ability to speak english a plus. I work with a great retired guy who is working because they beg him-please, please. So he helps out and gets about $65+/hr. I love where I work but it is not in a town with lots culture or nightlife. The closest Nordstroms is an hour away. It is difficult to attract experienced staff.</p>
