So I got an 88 on my first psychology quiz, I got an A on a reflection paper she told us to do, but I got a 75 on the 2nd quiz. I have one more quiz left then the final… would a 75 hurt my chances of getting a B or even an A for her course?
Also guys in my writing and research class I got a 50 on the first quiz, and we have one more quiz left then the final. I’m currently doing a research paper. Our final is an essay, we had a in class essay to do I got a B- on that. Do you think if I get an 80 or above on the 2nd quiz and get an A or B on the final and my research paper I could end up with a B for the class?
Look up your syllabi and see how much each assignment is worth for the class. Then you can calculate exactly what grade you need for an A or a B.

- Doesn't that seem like a question for the professor? Or your syllabus?
Bodangles, for my psych class our quizzes are 45% of our grade, the reflection paper is 10% of our grade and the final is 25% of our grade.
Before worrying about this and writing to us, go talk with our instructor and find out what you’re not getting and putting into your assignments so that the grades are lower than you’d like. The instructors are happy to work with students who want to improve and there’s definitely still time for you to work with them. The sooner you start talking and working with them, the more time you have to improve between now and your final exams and projects. Basically, the syllabus should have laid out all the course requirements and criteria.
