<p>Just got back from the Rice info session in Dallas, and it was really crowded- my mom said closer to 2000. I guess it’s true that everything’s bigger in TX? 
but I was really really impressed with the admissions officers who we talked to, they stayed after for any questions and despite each one having like 20+ people (including parents) they were perfectly nice.
and also, btw, they said that they are making efforts to get the good students of TX schools to stay in TX, although they may have just been being nice to us =)</p>
