<p>One summer, a couple of my friends worked at McDonals. The stories they would tell. One friend said that he had made up an entire tray of fillet o fish sandwiches but hadn’t wrapped them. He dropped the tray, but not wanting to have to redo the sandwiches, picked them up off the floor and wrapped them.</p>

<p>Happens everywhere. I used to deliver bakery products many years ago. Always hot when the bakers are working, back by the ovens. I used to watch sweat roll down their nose and drip into dough.</p>
