I am proud to say that in American we can reincarnate as much as we want. In fact, I intend to be reincarnated as Mini. China can’t stop me.</p>

<p>The Chinese have 30,000+ internet checkers–checking every potentially ‘dangerous’ site prior to loading. There is a slight delay in uploading sites–although WEsterners are allowed to upload almost everything.</p>

<p>There are heaps of Nigerians in Beijing and many of them are there to sell hash to Westerners.</p>

<p>There is a govt ‘parking’ warden assigned to each and every block in Beijing. Plus CCTV.</p>

<p>Not too long ago, a young woman taking classified ads for a Chinese paper let an ad commemorating the anniversary of the Tienamen Square massacre slip though. Seems the censors had done their job too well. She had never heard of the massacre and accepted the caller’s explanation that the ad was a memorial for a mine disaster.</p>
