Support after Caregiving - Bereavement Thread

As it’s been discussed a few times in the “parents caring for the parent support thread”, I’m starting a new thread for those of us working through our loses. My parents both died in 2020. My mom after a long bout with ALZ and my dad suddenly in his sleep. I’m definitely still processing both their loses. Members dealing with bereavement issues after caregiving for anyone are welcome to post here!
