<p>hi i just finished one of practice test and i scored above 770 according to my score scale…but one problem really bothers me…</p>
<p>what is the length of the major aixs of an ellipse whose equation is 12x^2+8y^2=8</p>
<p>i thoguht it was 2.45 because 8/48=6 therefore i thought answer would be root6 which came out to be 2.45</p>
<p>but the answer said that 2a=the major length of the major axis…whats going on??</p>
