One Skill To Get Me Into Harvard

<p>My stats suck:</p>

<p>GPA = 3.3
WGPA = 4.2
SAT = 1360</p>

<p>and i want to go to Harvard</p>

<p>but i am really good at Flash mx</p>

<p>will that help me get in and raise my chances to at least 50%?</p>

will probably get at least bronze out of 1000 people…</p>

<p>If I’m not mistaken, all of the Ivy League colleges’ application deadlines have already passed.</p>

<p>I go to a technology school and I’m sorry, but some of the work that I see in the freshman flash class turns out better than your attempt. Keep in mind that your flash may be considered offensive to Conservative adcoms, btw.</p>

<p>With your scores, a more realistic approach would be to stay local. You could always go to an Ivy for grad school. I have similar stats plus EC’s out the wazoo but was rejected ED from Yale.</p>

<p>Especially considering the economic demographic of the majority of admissions officers…i’m willing to wager that more than a few of them are of conservative affiliations.</p>

that just sounds wrong. liberals as well as conservatives shall obey laws. (unless it’s way out of touch)
i mean conservative politicians do stuffs they’re not supposed to do in order to get watever they want. (same for liberals)</p>

<p>I think if you want to consider flash mx a talent that you are really good at, you need to have moving objects. Basically, someone else could do the same thing you did with a slideshow. So right now, that is not a highly fined tuned and unique talent.
However look at all the place you can turn from hear. You can improve the flash mx, but at the same time think about any potential interest in politics. Maybe it’s political media? You could do something with you school newpaper (or tv show is you have it) and do political commentaries, written, in flash, or drawn (btw, if your serious about flash in anyway farther than this, you some basic drawing abilities).
and if you are talking about ivies for this year… deadline has passed.</p>

<p>You won’t get into harvard by any stretch of the imagination. Your changes are less than average (<1%). No offense, but I did’t see any real skill in the movie, I’ve done better and I’ve used flash a total of 3 times for 3 hours.</p>

<p>no offense, but your video wasn’t the greatest! at my school (not the best) students make games like naruto (almost as good in quality) and like (really good fighting and other games) and their videos were much better. but when they went to the contests(regional contests) they were not even in the top 40 teams. so don’t expect too much</p>
