I’m taking the October 1st SAT and I’m not quite sure what to do during the week before I take it. I took classes over the summer but reviewing all the material I learned over eight weeks of summer seems a bit overwhelming

How can I review and prep for the test without overwhelming myself and freaking out?

I’ve taken a lot of practice tests and for math, there are only a couple of concepts that are repeated so just practice those concepts and questions and that should boost your math score.

for critical reading I practiced and repeatedly told myself that the answer is in the text. for mood, tone, and author’s opinion questions, I found it helpful to look at the diction. I started off with a 570 in critical reading and pulled it up to 680 by just calming myself down, and reading the passages as if they were in a magazine or something. hope this helps! this is entirely from personal experience by the way.
