I understand that for the applications, I can obtain a fee waiver by obtaining a letter from my guidance counselor outlining financial difficulties, but the site is not clear at all about the actual process, especially for online applicants.

It says that there is also a fee waiver for online students, but how can I obtain that? Should I use the NACAC form, or send only the guidance counselor letter? And where should I send this to?

I’ll definitely be contacting the admissions office, but I wanted to know from somebody who has experience handling fee waivers from USC.
