I’m an international applicant in my Junior year of the Aerospace Engineering Bachelor in my country.

I’m going to apply to these 9 schools for a Master:

Embry-Riddle; Purdue; Texas A&M; Virginia Tech; Minnesota Twin Cities; Case Western; Illinois Tech; Missouri S&T; West Virginia Univ.

I can’t understand how the online application works!

1-How the LORs must be sent? Attached to my SOP?

2-Must they be handwritten or just at the computer? Are copies allowed since I’ll apply to several schools?

3-If my school doesn’t provide english transcript butt only something in my native language what can i do?

4-How to send GRE and TOEFL scores?

Any advice would be very appreciated!

Thank you so much!

1-How the LORs must be sent? Attached to my SOP?

The Letters of Recommendation are usually sent in sealed envelopes directly from the recommender to the university. They are sent separately from your application, directly from the person who wrote the recommendation to the university.

2-Must they be handwritten or just at the computer? Are copies allowed since I’ll apply to several schools?

They should be typed up. The recommender is welcome to make copies and send the copies to each school. But you won’t make the copies - again, the letters should go directly from the recommender to the school.

3-If my school doesn’t provide english transcript butt only something in my native language what can i do?

You must arrange to get a certified translation made of your transcript. The admissions office at the schools you’re applying to should talk about this on their website. If you email them, they can actually recommend a specific company that you should use to get the certified translation done.

4-How to send GRE and TOEFL scores?

You need to have the test scores sent from the testing company to each university.
