I know that on paper at USMA, the list of activities are notarized or signed by your school counselor, but Naval Academy is done online. Are these sent directly from you to the academy and are done on an honor/integrity bases?

Also,

Are the letters of recommendation sent directly from the teacher to the academy electronically (I think the answer is yes)

And finally,

If we need to make chances on our EC list, how do we fix it since it is a one time deal opportunity?

You will need to provide the name and email of your school counselor who will need to verify the EC’s. Once you submit that portion of the application, your “verifier” will receive an email with instructions.

You do send your personal data and activities list online to USNA on an honor basis. When you submit each one, you are required to submit the name and email address of a POC from your high school, so USNA can contact them for confirmation of your data. For letters of recommendation, you submit the teachers’ names and email addresses. USNA contacts them by email, and provides a form (electronic) for them to fill out. We haven’t had to make changes, but you would probably contact your regional director (name and email is on your page in USNA CIS) I think info on how to make changes is on your CIS page.
