<p>Nope, not yet.</p>

<p>^ Login info should be the same as for your applicant portal–just can’t be used on the decision page until 6 PM EST on the 12th.</p>

<p>Finally! An end to the agony of waiting for the notification date. I wish it were sooner too, but ah well…</p>
