Online Parent Newsletter

Last week we received the online parent newsletter from a school where my child applied. It is clearly aimed at parents of current students, not prospective ones. It even gave a general report about the ongoing admission process at the school and thanked current parents and students for all their help with the tours and alumni interviews.
It was fun to read the newsletter and gave us an updated view of the school.
Is there anything to be read into this (pun intended), or do many of you receive newsletters like this one.
Thanks,
zp

If they just sent a newspaper, no note attached, it will most likely be generic. Which school, I have not received any newspapers.

It was simply and email, headed “Dear Parents” with a link to the newsletter. There was no “note” attached.
It was a non-Hades school. Probably considered a tier 2 school. I’d rather not say which for privacy issues.

Some places make a sincere effort to recruit candidates, and others just send stuff to everyone. I don’t think you can know from what you have said.

I got one from a HADES school also. It talked about things that happened that year(That were negative and the positive). It also discussed the financial crisis. I think it is a good. It is better than “no sign”.
