<p>I know that the online tracking for materials has closed, but I wanted to know (just because I am paranoid), if people remembered under what category the counselor forms were. I know that transcript confirmation was in a separate area than the teacher recs, but I was wondering whether counselor forms/school forms were next to the transcript or whether the counselor forms were next to the teacher’s rec.</p>

<p>I’m not entirely sure which of the (many) forms you’re talking about, but I know if you go back to the Common App, there’s a section that tells you if Columbia has downloaded information from your school, like your ED counselor agreement, school report, etc. Even though I mailed in my ED counselor agreement it shows up there too. It’s under school forms.</p>
<p>Thanks! On the Common App, it does say that the school report was downloaded by the Columbia. However, for the ED form, it did not give a date. About 2 weeks ago, Columbia emailed me saying they were missing the ED form and I re-sent it the day after (and they received it). On my account before they received it, the was no category that stated ED form. It was only added after the form was received. I am just worrying that, likewise, there might not have been a category for the school report on the columbia online account. Do you remember where it was (ie next to teacher recs or transcript)? Do you think I should worry about it the school report not being listed on the columbia account, despite the fact that common app says it was downloaded by columbia? Thanks!</p>
<p>Hmm, I’m not sure. You may want to call tomorrow. I do remember that even though my school sent the forms on time it took them a while (several weeks) to download them, but I don’t remember what the tracking page said. Sorry!</p>
