If only 20% of an applicant’s graduating class plans on attending a four-year university, and only 30% plans on attending a two-year…could that could be a tip factor for the application?

Doesn’t tip anything. While you’re judged within your context, there are so many other variables. If your school has sent students to Harvard, how have they performed there?

we haven’t actually sent anyone to harvard…two people that i know of have applied, and one of them has gotten in…there’s only one other person applying this year (and that’s rd)

LAgal is in already stop frettin kid
