OOBE (Out Of Body Experience)

<p>Hey CC, Just wondering if you all believed in this theory. Many people have told me you can reach a OOBE by almost dieing, reduced breathing and half asleep etc. So has anyone ever experienced a OOBE where you went physically outside your body? Kind of like astral traveling…</p>

<p>I had to read the book Embraced by the Light by Betty Eadie which describes her out of body experience at a hospital. She travels to heaven and talks with Jesus and maybe God (my memory is a little fuzzy). Personally, I think she may have had a little too much drugs, but it was interesting nonetheless</p>

<p>I heard if you pinch your neck as hard as you can on the right side for 30 seconds you get one. I mean really hard.</p>
