<p>So in my eagerness to check my status (w/o all my info in yet), my status is now locked. Can someone give me some advice on how to get it unlocked? I went to the questions section and tried to file an incident like it said, but i guess you need a new email or new id or something, and when I put the new stuff in it tells me my email address is already in their system of something. I’m really frustrated with it all.</p>
