I haven’t seen UVA post GPA/SAT type stats that break out IS vs OOS. But here’s the data from the most recent cycle.
OOS was a 23% acceptance rate. When you back out legacies, athletes, URMs, the acceptance rate for an unhooked OOS is someplace in the teens. Good luck!
