OOS chances?

<p>I applied to maryland through early action and im from new jersey
– 4.44 GPA on a 4.0 scale
– 1310 M+CR SAT, 2000 for all three sections
– Honors throughout high school, and although my small public high school did not offer many AP classes, I took four AP courses
– Captain of the cheerleading squad
– Math league
– Spring Track
– County junior commissioner
– Yearbook
– Heroes and Coolkids
– Prom Committee
– italian honors society
– National honors society
–part time job</p>

<p>What are my chances??</p>

<p>Very good chance of being accepted. If your school does not offer many APs, I suggest buying the Barrons book for AP Human Geography and then just take the test. It’s a easy 5 and will save you from having to take some CORE class here at Maryland. If you want to be ambitious, learn AP Bio or something yourself. Good Luck!</p>

<p>I don’t think you’ll have any problems getting in, probably will be offered Scholars, and maybe one of their “smaller” merit awards. Relax!</p>
