<p>My D is OOS, US-citizen living overeseas… Considering only something like 15% are OOS/Internationl, how hard will it be for her to meet others like her? Are in-staters truly welcoming? Any other American overseas freshmen in this forum? What are your concerns?</p>
<p>On Facebook, I’ve seen that there are kids from other countries. I’m OOS (and not exactly from the US) and I don’t think it will be a problem. Obviously I can’t say much because school is some time away yet, but if you’re looking for a reassuring “she’ll be fine” kind of thing, yeah, she’ll be alright (I do realize that Rio (is that right?) to USA is a HUGE move and probably a big step for you and your family).</p>
