<p>I don’t see that happening for UW-Madison. The purpose is to lure students to campuses that have decreased their OOS numbers. No incentives needed in Madison. No reason to make it cheaper. Maybe barrons would be willing to pay lost revenues out of his pocket…</p>
<p>No but I could see having a program where OOS legacies are not counted against the OOS limits which I think they do at UNC. Treating alumni children as somewhat special can pay in the long run.</p>
