So I live in PA but my parents are both technically residents of MA. Do I count as OOS or In-State in regards to the application process? Does umass send out the acceptances based on location or just whenever they are ready?
Do you not live with your parents? If you live in Pennsylvania, you are applying as an OOS.
I live with them but they pay MA taxes because my dad is military
