<p>I was looking through past-year’s open-ended prompts and the only ones I have trouble with are the ones about “describe how a scene of _____ affects the overall meaning of the work” (1972, 1982, 1984, 1993, 1997, 2004 (b)). How do you guys organize these essays? I usually organize other prompts by scene, but when the entire essay is about one scene I find it hard to figure out what each paragraph should be about. I also have trouble with how specific the examples should be in each paragraph. Thanks for any help!</p>
